Production begins after artwork approval & payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners:

Sea freight (large pallets & containers)
Shipping methods will be recommended based on order size, urgency, and destination.
3. Estimated Transit Time

Transit time may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery
Please ensure the shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Lost / Damaged Packages
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

We will file a claim with the carrier

Reshipment will follow carrier approval or internal verification
7. Split Shipments
For large-volume orders, we may ship in multiple packages or batches to optimize speed and logistics cost.

If declined, the buyer assumes risk for loss or damage in transit.
