We operate a professional sticker & label production facility equipped with advanced digital, UV, and flexographic printing machines.
All manufacturing processes follow ISO-based internal quality standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
2. Material Quality
We source raw materials (vinyl, PET, paper, kraft, holographic films, adhesives, laminates) only from verified suppliers.
Materials are tested for:

Environmental safety (RoHS/REACH optional)
3. Printing Tolerance
Industry-standard tolerances apply:

Cutting tolerance: ±1–2 mm

Color tolerance: ±10% variation (CMYK)

Shape variance: within acceptable production range
Minor variance within tolerance is considered normal and not a defect.
4. Pre-Production Confirmation（Artwork Proofing）
Production begins only after customer approval of the artwork proof.
Customers must verify:

Colors
-
Text accuracy

Material selection
-
Special finishes
After approval, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
5. Quality Control (QC)
Each batch undergoes:

Pre-print inspection

Mid-run sampling

Post-print quality check

Adhesive & durability test for selected orders
QC records are stored internally for traceability.
6. Defect Handling
If a verifiable manufacturing defect is found, we offer:

Reprint (at no additional cost)

Partial credit (in special cases)
Refunds are not applicable as all products are custom-made.
