Custom Order & Quote Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

All products produced by our factory are custom-made according to each customer’s unique requirements.
Because every order is tailored, products:

  • cannot be resold

  • cannot be returned for non-quality reasons

  • must follow the customer-approved specifications

2. Order Requirements & Specifications

To provide accurate pricing and production feasibility, customers must provide:

  • Artwork files (AI / PDF / SVG / PNG)

  • Material preference

  • Size & shape

  • Quantity

  • Finishing options (lamination, foil, holographic, etc.)

  • Usage purpose (if relevant for adhesive selection)

Orders without full specifications may experience delays in quotation.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ depends on material and product type:

  • Standard stickers: 500–1000 pcs

  • Roll labels: 1,000 pcs+

  • Specialty finishes: 1,000–3,000 pcs

MOQ will be clearly indicated in the quotation.

4. Quotation & Pricing

4.1 Quote validity

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Pricing factors

Quotation is based on:

  • Material type

  • Size & die-cut complexity

  • Printing method

  • Finishing requirements

  • Quantity

  • Packaging type

  • Shipping method (express/air/sea)

4.3 Price adjustments

Pricing may change if:

  • Artwork or specifications are updated

  • Quantity is revised

  • Material costs fluctuate

  • Special processes are added

Revised quotes will be resent for confirmation.

5. Proofing & Approval

Before production begins, customers will receive an artwork proof indicating:

  • Size

  • Layout

  • Cutting line

  • Colors (approximate CMYK representation)

  • Material / finish

Once the proof is approved, no further changes can be guaranteed.

6. Production Lead Time

Estimated lead time:

  • Samples: 2–3 business days

  • Standard orders: 5–7 business days

  • Large-volume orders: 7–12 business days

Lead time begins after proof approval and payment confirmation (if applicable).

7. Quantity Tolerance

Due to normal industrial variation:

  • Quantity tolerance of ±3% is considered acceptable

  • Shortages exceeding tolerance will be compensated or reprinted

8. Color & Cutting Tolerance

Industry-standard tolerances:

  • Color tolerance: ±10% (CMYK variation by material/ink)

  • Cutting tolerance: ±1–2 mm

  • Material deviation: may occur based on texture or coating

Minor variance within tolerance is not considered a defect.

9. Cancellation Policy

Because all orders are custom-made:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after proof approval

  • Orders canceled before proof approval may incur setup or design fees

10. Reprint & Claim Process

If quality issues occur, customers must report within 7 business days with:

  • Photos/videos of defect

  • Full batch image

  • Order number

  • Packaging image (if damaged during transit)

Once verified, we will arrange:

  • Free reprint, or

  • Partial credit (case-by-case)

Refunds are not applicable for custom-made items.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options:

  • Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS)

  • Air freight

  • Sea freight

Transit time varies by region.
Duties/taxes are not included unless otherwise stated.

12. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • All artwork remains the customer's property

  • We do not reuse or resell any customer designs

  • OEM / white-label production is fully supported

  • NDA can be provided upon request
